It was blistering cold the day we ran into fashion blogger Rachel Dickinson. But the sun seemed to shine beautifully against her skin and hair, giving her this lit-from-within glow. While we would've attributed her healthy look to really good skincare, it turns out Dickinson is a professional at contouring and highlighting.
After applying a liquid foundation "in circular motions to create a porcelain, airbrushed effect," she puts a bronzing powder in a "3" shape (from her temples down to her cheekbone and underneath her jawline). Then she follows up with a touch of highlighter on her cheekbones and blush on the apples of her cheeks (brushing upward).
That must take a huge chunk of time in the morning, but the results are flawless.
