Abercrombie's Controversial CEO Is Finally Stepping Down

$

The controversial chief executive of Abercrombie & Fitch is stepping down.

The struggling teen retailer announced that Mike Jeffries is retiring.

"It has been an honor to lead this extraordinarily talented group of people," the 70-year-old Jeffries said in a press release on Tuesday morning. "I am extremely proud of your accomplishments. I believe now is the right time for new leadership to take the company forward in the next phase of its development."

The decision to retire was made by Jeffries and the board of directors, which is conducting a search for the next CEO, a source with knowledge of the situation told The Huffington Post. Replacing Jeffries has been high on, if not at the top of, the board’s list of priorities for a long time, the source said. Late last year, activist investors called for changes at the top of Abercrombie, including Jeffries’ ouster.

Jeffries gained notoriety after telling Salon in a 2006 interview that the brand was "exclusionary" and that it only marketed to the "cool kids."

"We go after the attractive all-American kid with a great attitude and a lot of friends. A lot of people don’t belong [in our clothes], and they can’t belong. Are we exclusionary? Absolutely," he said.

The quote was recirculated in 2013 and went viral on the internet as many criticized the company for its bias. One man, Greg Karber, even called for a “brand readjustment” by giving out Abercrombie clothes to the homeless.

The company is in the midst of a desperate turnaround effort as sales continue to fall. The brand is getting rid of its signature logo tees, redesigned stores and pledged to eliminate underperforming locations. But nothing really seems to be working, as HuffPost reported last week.

There are no plans for Abercrombie to abandon the turnaround initiatives that have already been announced, a source with knowledge of the situation told HuffPost.

The new CEO will face a “broken business model,” Eric Beder, an analyst at Wunderlich Securities, wrote in a note on Tuesday, calling it worrisome that the announcement came during the important holiday sales season.

“Frankly, while we are happy to see this change made, the uncertainty in such a crucial timeframe is a key negative,” wrote Beder.

In a note to clients last week, Beder expressed concern that the retailer won’t be able to recover, as it continues to face fierce competition, low store traffic and bleak sales numbers.

Earlier this year, Jeffries lost his job as chairman of the company. In the release Tuesday, Arthur Martinez, the company's current non-executive chairman and incoming executive chairman, praised Jeffries' work as CEO.

"It is impossible to overstate Mike Jeffries' extraordinary accomplishments in building Abercrombie & Fitch to the iconic status the brand now enjoys. From a standing start two decades ago, his creativity and imagination were the driving forces behind the company's growth and success," he said.

Abercrombie declined to comment beyond the statements in its press release.

This 'Beyond Classically Beautiful' Photo Project Celebrates Black Women Of All Shades

$

I don't think any of us can forget when a New York Times writer referred to actress Viola Davis as "darker-skinned and less classically beautiful than" other black women in Hollywood like Kerry Washington and Halle Berry.

Those words definitely hit a nerve amongst black women -- and rightfully so. The not-so-subtle insult prompted both outrage and the hashtag #LessClassicallyBeautiful, which encouraged black women to display their unique and diverse beauty across social media. Abi Ishola, a New York City based multi-media journalist, was one of those women.

Ishola is taking that exercise in self acceptance a step further by launching the photo project "Beyond Classically Beautiful" on her style blog Scripts & Sightings. She has gathered a group of beautiful brown women -- including our very own Dana Oliver, Executive Fashion & Beauty Editor at HuffPost Style -- to be photographed by her husband Kunle Ayodeji.

The women represent a spectrum of skin colors and personal style as they don a t-shirt designed by Ishola that aptly reads "Beyond Classically Beautiful." The shirts are also available for purchase for those wishing to make their own statement.

In the short video that's also included in the project (see above), Ishola explains that there is a hidden message within the project, which is simply to be classic.

"When you consider the definition of classic, which means 'of the highest standard' -- how can we say we are not that? Be that if that's what you feel in your spirit. Be beyond classically beautiful."

Here's a look at a few of the stunning photographs from the project and make sure to click here to see more.

Julia Roberts Lands Givenchy Campaign Proving Once A Pretty Woman, Always A Pretty Woman

$

The name Julia Roberts is synonymous with terms including all-American beauty, Hollywood and megastardom -- and now we can add one more to the list, high fashion model.

On Monday night news broke that the 47-year-old actress would star in the Givenchy spring/summer 2015 campaign and the entire fashion community was pleasantly surprised. While Roberts is one of the most famous names in the world, she is also extremely elusive and private, making her a somewhat unexpected muse for the storied French design house.

In an interview with Yahoo Style, Riccardo Tisci, the Artistic Director behind the brand, made it clear that Roberts was the perfect fit. "Julia was my first choice for a few reasons," Tisci explained, adding "I think that she represents such a mature woman... For me, Julia is many things. She has this strength as an actress, but she’s also this beautiful American woman. She’s a big star, but she’s not a paparazzi or a blog monster. It’s going to be my tenth year at Givenchy in March, so I wanted to represent the woman who is more mature, beautiful, talented, but also unpretentious."

jr

In the images, Roberts is seen wearing a tuxedo, a black and white chemise dress and other plays on masculine and feminine dressing, but what we don't see is her famous smile -- which was apparently by design. Tisci told Style.com, “Because [her] smile is so beautiful and everybody knows [her] for that, I think it should be no smile.”

So what does the mother of three think of all this? She told Yahoo Style, "My sister and I were actually just on the phone, and we were laughing so hard. She goes, 'How are you suddenly turned into a supermodel? You’re almost 50.' It’s funny."

Check out more photos from the campaign below and keep your eyes peeled for the ads slated to run in the March issues of fashion publications like Vogue, Interview, CR Fashion Book, Marie Claire and GQ.

Supermodel Lily Aldridge isn't the only famous face in her family. Her mother Laura was a Playboy Playmate in the 1970s, as Aldridge found out when rooting around her father's studio as a child.

"I found out because my dad's an artist," she told HuffPost Live's Josh Zepps on Monday. "So I was in his studio rifling around, causing trouble, and I come across a Playboy. And I'm like, 'Oh my God, Dad is cheating on Mom. He's got Playboy.'"

"So I run upstairs and I'm like, 'Mom, Dad's cheating on you! He has Playboy!' And she [responded], 'Well, I'm in it.'"

Aldridge said she was fascinated by her mother's photos, which were for the magazine's February 1976 issue.

"She showed me and I was like, 'Wow, this is so cool.' The next day I told all my friends and couldn't have been more proud. My [older] brother was traumatized, but I thought it was awesome," the Victoria's Secret Angel said.

Laura Aldridge recently discussed her daughter's Playboy discovery, as well as the experience itself in New York magazine.

"I missed being blonde!!! Thank you @traceycunningham1 for turning me back blonde again!!! I love you girly!!!" she wrote.

Why One Hollywood Producer Urged Meredith Baxter To Get Plastic Surgery (VIDEO)

Since her days playing America's favorite TV mom on the sitcom "Family Ties," Meredith Baxter has aged gracefully both on and off the screen. But she hasn't been immune to the pressure Hollywood puts on female stars to appear youthful.

In a recent interview with "Oprah: Where Are They Now?", the actress recalls being urged to get plastic surgery even 20 years ago, when she was in her forties.

"I was working with a lovely actress who is a little bit older than I was," Baxter, now 67, says in the above video. "They were taking a lot of time to light scenes that we were in together. And the producer came up to me and said, 'Meredith, unless you get a lift, you are only going to be able to work with other women who have not had a lift.'

"That's what actors are faced with," Baxter continues. "Because so many people have had work done."

From plastic surgery to Botox, many stars do everything they can not to look their age.

"One of my daughters told me, 'You know, we don't even know what [age] 60 looks like anymore,'" Baxter says. "No one's allowed to look the way they're supposed to look."

But the actress doesn't pass judgment on anyone who chooses to go under the knife for cosmetic reasons.

"I understand it! We do things all the time to make ourselves look better," Baxter reasons. "We wear makeup, we color our hair... We do what we can to look our best."

Related: Baxter recalls her wedding to wife Nancy Locke and explains how she forged a good relationship with her ex-husband.

Whether you're an hourglass, boyish, petite or voluptuous, we've got the right dress for your body type. Browse our gown gallery for more gorgeous styles.

Hourglass

You have the curves, now you need to show them off. Opt for body-hugging mermaids that will enhance your sexy silhouette. Stay away from an overabundance of ruffles and tiers.

Rectangle

Looking to add some curves? Go for gowns with added volume and details at both the chest and hips to help create the illusion of an hourglass silhouette.

Full Chested

An off-the-shoulder or bateau neckline will draw the eye across and help balance out a full bustline. A defined waistline is a must for your shape. Look for built-in corsets for needed support.

Petite

Create an elongated look with a slender sheath. Opt for gowns with empire waists that draw the eye up. Be wary of voluminous ballgowns that can overwhelm your small frame.

Voluptuous

A corseted bodice will redefine your shape. Dresses with a lining also ensure a better, sleeker fit. Slimming A-line skirts are universally flattering. Try a tea-length dress to show off shapely ankles.

Pear Shape

An A-line gown is the perfect silhouette, as it will disguise fuller hips. Also consider dresses with textural and style details up top to balance out your proportions.

Brooklyn based fashion designer Suzanne Rae's Spring/Summer 2015 collection is encapsulated by head to toe monochrome black or white with the occasional pop of a head to toe painterly print. The collection captures a women's ability to embody both the delicate and the strong in one simple look.

What inspires the designer to create? For Rae it's all about vintage, a refreshing scent and a good read.

"I can't live without a vintage dress that I found for $10.00. I wear it all different ways in all different seasons. To me it's Poiret meets Denise Huxtable. A copy of The Prophet by Khalil Gibran is always the best go to read when lacking inspiration. I like to stay minimalist when it comes to products but Santa Maria Novella's Aqua di Rose face toner can also be used as a linen rinse. The scent is refreshing and calming in the loveliest way."

"Taylor is amazing. She's such a good friend," Aldridge said. "We both live in Nashville. She came to one of my husband's [ Kings Of Leon's Caleb Followill] concerts, and we found out we were neighbors, and then we became friends."

And as best friends do, the two ladies love to communicate via text -- even about business ventures. Aldridge recounted that she asked Swift if she wanted to do the Victoria's Secret fashion show last year, and "she texted back in like one second -- she was like, 'Yes!'"

"And so she came back again this year," she added, "for a second year in a row."

The Biggest Names In Beauty Share The Best Holiday Gifts They've Ever Received

We’ve already started crossing off names on our holiday gift shopping list. But there are still a few family members and friends who have left us stumped when it comes to finding the perfect present. We certainly don’t want to be that person whose efforts turn into an Internet meme.

Thankfully, HuffPost Style has influential friends in the fashion, beauty and entertainment industries who came to our rescue with much-needed inspiration. In the first installment of our Best Holiday Gifts series, hair, makeup and skincare icons Bobbi Brown, Ted Gibson, Tata Harper, Deborah Lippmann and more share the most cherished gifts they've received.

anastasia soare

To be honest...the best is a bottle of champagne and a candle. My favorite champagne is Don Perignon and my favorite candle is Le Labo and Diptyque.

bobbi brown

My husband sent me pearl earrings (my first pair of Ted Muehlings) and a video (VHS) of my two and four-year-old boys telling me how proud they were of me and how much they missed me during my first book tour.

deborah lippmann

One particular Christmas, my husband Jude, who is the president of Deborah Lippmann, and I decided that we couldn't afford a Christmas tree for our home. Instead, we wanted to put all we had into the brand. A near and dear friend, who does not celebrate the holiday and is known to act like "Mr. Tough Guy," heard that we were forgoing a tree and showed up unexpectedly at our apartment. When we opened the door, he was standing there with the most beautiful Christmas tree. To this day, it was one of the sweetest gifts I have ever received and reminds me of what the season is all about.

katia beauchamp

My grandmother was the queen of beauty in our family. All of the ladies in the family (she had three daughters) received hand selected beauty products in their stocking. It was usually Clinique, and I remember the first year that I was included in the beauty buys -- I was 15 and I distinctly remember the glossy mascara and "cupcake" blush. My grandma had a great eye.

hayley barna

I think the best gifts are things you'd never get for yourself. One of the best holiday gifts I've received was a handmade Norwegian traditional wool sweater from my husband's grandmother who lives in Norway. She knit it just for me and I know it took her a few weeks to finish. It's perfectly imperfect, filled with cultural meaning and my favorite part is the tag she sewed in that says "Made with Love by Erna.

dineh mohajer

I once received an Hermes cashmere blanket from my best friend's mother, which helps reinforce any delusions of grandeur and keeps me super cozy, especially during the holiday season.

jenna menard

Hands down the best gift I've ever received was my Golden Retriever puppy. For as long as I can remember, a puppy was always at the top of my wish list and finally when I turned 15, my mom decided to give in. Oddly enough, my mom recently found a bunch of my old Christmas lists and 'puppy' was at the top, starred and circled a million times! And, believe it or not, my mom used to give me and my two sisters Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover in our stockings -- well before I was even working with the brand. It's been an annual gift since I first started wearing makeup and she still does it to this day.

joel warren

I once got round-trip, first-class tickets to Buenos Aires for Christmas. It was the best thing I've ever gotten because it came to me at the perfect time. I was at a time in my life when I really needed to get away, and it helped me get over a personal matter that I was dealing with. The trip was a trip of a lifetime and it set me free.

joanna vargas

The year my daughter was born, I got a tiny ruby ring and matching eternity band in honor of my daughter, Ruby.

mally roncal

Our twins were supposed to be born in January, but they came early in December instead. That was the best Christmas present ever!

mathilde thomas

I have to say the best holiday gift I ever received was a 23andMe DNA Kit. It was so interesting! Very informative and very smart. I actually gave it to my mum as a gift that year, too.

michelle phan

The best holiday gift I ever received was the star projector that my boyfriend got me. It's the most realistic one I've seen. You can see nebula and shooting stars. In LA, I don't get to really see the stars, and when I think I do it's an airplane! So I love falling asleep to it and is the best gift ever!

sonia kashuk

My favorite gift I've ever received, which has now become my favorite gift to give, is a bronzed wishbone by the artist Chuck Price.

sam fine

A fan donated to one of my favorite charities on my behalf, God's Love We Deliver; Giving back is the best give ever!

ted gibson

I've received two sets of gifts in my lifetime that I'd like to share: The first was from a dear celebrity client of mine years ago. For Christmas, she gave me a Tom Ford travel case and passport holder. It really meant a lot to me. My husband Jason also surprised me one holiday with a trip to the Caribbean. Once we arrived, I opened our hotel room door to find that he had the room decorated with a small Christmas tree and holiday decor. It was so sweet and I'll never forget it.

tata harper

The best holiday present I ever received was a trip for my husband and I to go to El Pantanal, Brazil. It's a huge ecological reserve in the middle of the continent where we went on safari in the wetland and saw amazing animals -- we came face to face with a jaguar! It was an amazing experience, gifted from our friend, Israel. It was a belated wedding gift, but it was perfect to receive for Christmas and to head on the journey in the new year.

Kendrick Lamar Teams Up With Reebok To Design Sneakers And Keep Kids Off The Streets

Fashion news flash: Kendrick Lamar is teaming up with Reebok.

But this isn't your average fashion/celebrity collaboration. The Grammy-nominated rapper is not only designing a collection of sneakers -- like fellow musician Alicia Keys' line for the company -- he's also helping the brand develop programs designed to keep kids off the streets.

“Reebok has a history of helping kids in the community realize their potential is limitless," Lamar said in a press release. "I saw what the brand was doing, and I wanted to be a part of it and make it even stronger. It’s as simple as that. Kids that listen to my music are looking for inspiration. It’s important that I continue that message in anything I represent.”

kendrick lamar reebok

In celebration of the partnership, Lamar penned a song entitled "I Am" and shot a video for it directed by Anthony Mandler. In the short black-and-white clip, Lamar is seen rocking the Reebok Classic Ventilator sneakers while rapping about his beloved hometown of Compton and how its shaped his life.

Check out the video above and lookout for Lamar's limited edition capsule collection for Fall/Winter 2015, which will include signature Ventilator styles.

No, The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Isn't Bad for Teen Girls

"Wait, you WATCH that?"

Last night was the 2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in London, where 47 models, including the famed Victoria's Secret Angels, strutted the runway in a immense spread of fairytale undergarments. They've done it every year for nearly 20 years (I've been watching since I was 12), and every year, that runway goes right into a pile of people who don't like it and don't think I, a teenage girl, should either.

When I look at the Victoria's Secret Angels, I see gorgeous, happy women, who work for a company that sticks with many of them for the long haul -- a rarity in this industry. Sure, they're thin, but they're not fragile -- they're toned. I mean, legs like that don't come from eating carrot sticks and water. They look like they really enjoy what they do. I mean, who wouldn't? I'd like to try and frown when I'm strapped into that much sparkling wing acreage. Watching the show is a glimpse into their world. You get these little moments that are usually confined to the pages of a catalogue or a six-foot poster in your mall. Taylor Swift sings a song that perfectly describes your life in the background, and Hozier smizes at you (and everyone else watching, but it was a special moment). It's a fun fantasy. That's why it bothers me so much when people use it as a negative factor in the body image conversation, especially targeted at teenage girls.

I'm a 17-year-old girl. A lot of people would tell you that puts me in the prime "issues with her body" range. I shouldn't be inspired by these charismatic and successful women and their amazing careers in an industry they love. Because I enjoy the show, I'm obviously some sort of bimbo who doesn't understand that I'm being negatively influenced, and that everything they do is fake and that they're just famous for looking good in underwear. I shouldn't appreciate the hard work it takes to do what they do and attempt to emulate that work ethic. I most certainly should not feel serious confidence and girl power after watching them do their thing for an hour in beautiful underwear. I should probably be looking at them and comparing my ankles to theirs, and be trying to stretch my spine three inches, and destroying myself in a gym attempting to recreate their abs. I should feel incomplete, like I am not measuring up. My self-confidence should be shattered every time Karlie's faces beams at me while I sit on my couch eating kettle corn. I shouldn't feel content with my body and the way I am, because I don't look like these Angels. Or at least, that's what the media is telling me and other girls (and boys) my age and beyond. If they're telling you that too, let me give you a piece of advice: ignore it. I say this thing a lot because it applies to a lot of things, including loving the Victoria's Secret Angels: If you love it, own it. Taylor Swift agrees with me on this. (Probably.)

Inside The Top-Secret Selection Process For Oprah's Favorite Things (VIDEO)

For 14 years, it was the hottest ticket in television. After it debuted on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," Oprah's Favorite Things became the talk of the holiday season, sending unsuspecting audience members into stunned hysterics and tugging at the heartstrings when it honored the selfless and deserving, like Hurricane Katrina aid workers and dedicated schoolteachers.

Though "The Oprah Winfrey Show" ended its farewell season in 2011, Oprah's Favorite Things lives on in O, The Oprah Magazine. Helping to lead the charge is the magazine's creative director, Adam Glassman. Together with his team, Glassman gathers items in a top-secret style closet for Oprah's consideration -- but he recently let cameras inside the carefully protected room to see the selection process.

"I have the greatest job in the world," Glassman says in the above video. The team spends months "hunting, gathering, looking, searching" for things that Oprah will like and hasn't seen before, he adds.

View all 72 of Oprah's Favorite Things for 2014.

Throughout the year, Glassman and the team adjust, update and fine-tune the list based on Oprah's feedback, and 2014 was no different. "We worked with Oprah two or three times in person and on Skype to go through what we call a 'run-through,'" he explains. "We bring everything in that we think Oprah's going to like so that she can go, 'Yes,' or, 'No.'"

To make the final list, products must meet specific criteria. "It has to be something Oprah likes. It has to be very attainable. It has to be beautiful and useful," Glassman says.

As well as the team knows Oprah and what she's looking for, sometimes she surprises them, as she did this year. "There was one item that we all loved here... We were sure it was going to be a slam dunk, that Oprah would like it," Glassman says. "Nope!"

Everything on Oprah's Favorite Things list is truly something she loves, but Glassman says that there's one particular product that has remained a clear front-runner over the years.

"Oprah's favorite Favorite Things through the years, whether it's on the show or in the magazine, was a Breville panini maker," he reveals. "We've had it two or three times in the magazine; the show has done it at least two times. She gives [it] to everyone. She gave it to Tom Cruise -- and she gave me one. We all have this panini maker!"

From 2014's distinctive heart-shaped framed photo collage to glossy golden Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, the list has something for everyone, which Glassman says is part of the charm of Oprah's Favorite Things year after year.

"I think what's so great about Oprah's Favorite Things is whether you're buying something for your mom, you're buying something for your kids [or] you're buying something for a teacher, we have done the work for you," Glassman says.

"Oprah: Where Are They Now?" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on OWN. Find OWN on your TV.

It's Dry Skin Season! 8 Ways to Stop Flaking Out

By Shira Scott for GalTime.com

Flaking, cracking, itching. That about describes what Mother Nature does to my skin when the temperature begins to slowly make its descent into the 40s, 30s, 20s and below, and I don't fight back. I've become kind of a pro at keeping my skin silky smooth year-round thanks to lots of great advice from doctors, friends and yes, the internet. Here are eight tips that really work to manage and even prevent dry skin.

1. Take a short shower in warm, not hot, water. And give the tub a time out. While long, hot baths (with candles and a glass of wine, which is also a no-no) may be soothing, they can dry the skin.

2. Apply a rich moisturizing cream, lotion or ointment several times a day. Read the label carefully to make sure the product doesn't contain alcohol.

3. Wash your skin with a gentle cleanser. Avoid antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers during the colder months.

4. Use a humidifier at home to maintain air moisture. You may need to place several around the house if you don't have one installed in your heating system.

5. Drink plenty of fluids and avoid booze. Alcohol can cause dehydration.

6. Protect your skin from wind, snow and freezing temperatures by wearing gloves, a scarf and a hat. Your face and hands are particularly vulnerable.

7. Try not to scratch or rub your skin.

8. Avoid irritating or itchy clothing. You know that sweater you love that keeps you scratching all day? It may be time to give it away.

Gladiator boots might not be for everyone, but Jennifer Lopez rocked a pair for the "American Idol XIV" red carpet.

Lopez donned Sophia Webster gladiator boots with a thigh-high slit skirt for Tuesday night's event at CBS Television City in Los Angeles. The 45-year-old appeared alongside fellow judges Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. to promote the upcoming season -- Lopez's fourth as a judge -- of the reality competition, which premieres Jan. 7.

"When I took the step to go on 'American Idol,' which everybody thought -- in my life -- wasn't a good idea, but in my gut I felt like this is the right thing, this is something I should do," she told USA Today last month. "It's about music. I love it. I feel like I have something to offer to this. When I did it, there was no script and there was no song, and it was just me being me, and people liked me. It was such a great response."

4-Year-Old Fashion Prodigy Talks Designing A Collection For J.Crew, Is Insanely Adorable

Four-year-old fashion prodigy Mayhem first gained attention back in February for the beautiful paper dresses she was creating out of construction paper, scissors, and tape. Her mother, who helps a little bit with her designs, created an Instagram account on her behalf and started documenting all her amazing creations, quickly gaining attention from media outlets and iconic fashion brands.

After seeing Mayhem's designs, J.Crew approached the tyke and asked her to help design a capsule collection for the Spring 2015 crewcuts line of clothing, shoes and accessories.

We're going to give you a minute to let that sink in -- a 4-year-old is designing for J.Crew -- we're starting to feel a little, er, under-accomplished.

Mayhem used paper, gift-wrapping tape, jewels and other arts and craft supplies to make various pieces for the collection and then the J.Crew design team turned them into the real thing.

If you're anything like us, you're probably thinking it's impossible for a kindergartener to help design a fashion line, but Jenny Cooper, Head of Crewcuts Design, ensures us that Mayhem is as talented as she is made out to be.

"When we met with Mayhem for the first time we were really curious to see how she would work and were amazed to watch this barely 4-year-old girl start meticulously folding the pleats on a skirt and placing stones very specifically and carefully on a top she had just fashioned around herself. She has such an inventive and creative personality that really resonated with us. It was great to have a truly creative child be at the heart of the design process. "

We caught up with the pint-sized designer and asked her how she felt about working with J.Crew, why she loves designing and what she really wants for the holidays. Here's what she had to say:

How did you feel when you heard J.Crew wanted to work with you?

Mayhem: I felt like oh yeah, I totally want to do that.

What was the best part of designing for J.Crew?

M: I just loved it.

What was the hardest part of designing for J.Crew?

M: None of it.

What makes you feel pretty?

M: My hair.

What is your favorite thing about making clothes?

M: I just feel good.

What do you think every 4-year-old should have in their closet?

M: A shirt and a dress and pants. And they should all be white and blue.

Do you want to continue to design clothes when you get older?

M: Mmmm hmmm. [She said because she had a mouth full of marshmallow when asked]

What's your favorite activity outside of making dresses?

M: I like to ride my bike.

What's the number one thing on your holiday wish list?

M: A stick pony.
