Kylie Jenner Is Almost Unrecognizable As A Blonde In Love Magazine Photo Shoot

Posing for Love magazine's Spring/Summer 2015 issue was a family affair for the Kardashian-Jenner girls.

Older sisters Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner already made headlines for their racy photos, and now it's Kylie Jenner's chance to turn heads.

The 17-year-old is almost unrecognizable as she was (temporarily) transformed into a blonde for the shoot with photographer Steven Klein:

Who better to model Britney Spears' lingerie line than the pop icon herself?

The 33-year-old stripped down to a pink lacy bra and underwear set, complete with garter belts and thigh-high stockings to promote her clothing line, the Intimate Collection by Britney Spears, which launched in September 2014:

This isn't the "Toxic" singer has modeled something from her own collection, either. In July, Spears teased the label on her Twitter account with a photo of herself in skimpy black lingerie:

Lebanese Fashion School Scouts Refugee Camps, Orphanages For Students

* Creative Space Beirut teaches underprivileged students
* Elie Saab, Zuhair Murad among world-famous Lebanese designers
* School sells clothes and relies on donations
By Oliver Holmes
BEIRUT, Feb 4 (Reuters) - It's in the refugee camps and orphanages of Lebanon that Creative Space Beirut, a fashion school, looks for emerging talent for its three-year program taught by top Lebanese and international designers.
Sarah Hermez, 28, founder and director of Creative Space, chooses ten underprivileged students from different backgrounds to join her school in the art district of east Beirut.
They hope to join the success story of Lebanon as the fashion center of the Middle East and home to designers making dresses worn by Hollywood stars on the red carpet.

U.S. singer Jennifer Lopez wore a silver dress by Zuhair Murad at the Golden Globes last month, attention-grabbing with a thigh-high slit. British actor Kate Beckinsale wore an eye-catching grey Elie Saab dress to the same event.
At Creative Space, students sketch ideas in books on large white tables, surrounded by tailor's dummies and spools of different colored thread.
Hermez co-founded the school with her New York-based former professor Caroline Simonelli and says it is for "people who are very talented, very passionate about design, but would never have had an opportunity to pursue design."
When she opened the school in 2011, she traveled around Lebanon, a small Mediterranean country, searching for talent in refugee camps, orphanages, poor neighborhoods and women's centers. Students then applied for a place. New students come in when slots open up.
Some students focus on evening wear but many make the school's ready-to-wear line, including trousers and kimonos. They sell for between $100 and $200 a piece, with high-end fabrics donated by designers that include Donna Karan.
All profits go back into the school, which also receives donations and partners with shops to raise funds.
Creative Space has only two graduates so far. One, a Palestinian refugee from Ain el-Helweh camp in southern Lebanon, is now doing work for a design house in Lebanon and teaching her skills to others for a charity.
Ahmad Amer, a 21-year-old from south Lebanon, started the program two months ago. He painted from an early age and wanted to study fashion but could not afford the fees.
"It would have stayed as a hobby and I would have worked on it on a personal level only," he said, showing his sketch book filled with drawings of women in veils.
"These three years will make a big difference in my life, I have a place to work in and I have material to use," he said.
Hermez, who graduated from the Parsons School of Fashion in New York, said that starting out with as little as her students used to be the norm in the fashion industry, and that design became a vocation for the elite only in the last decade.
"If you look back into any famous designer, most of them have come from backgrounds where they had to work. They had to work and build themselves up." (Editing by Raissa Kasolowsky)

According to Billboard, Katy Perry will bring her fireworks to the Grammy Awards on Sunday, where she'll perform the "Prism" ballad, "By the Grace of God." The news comes less than a week after Perry's Super Bowl halftime show, which became the most-watched halftime show ever.

It featured an electronic shooting star, a robotic jungle cat and Missy Elliot. (No word yet on if the Left Shark will appear at the Grammys.)

Perry joins a long list of performers at this year's awards ceremony, including Kanye West, Rihanna, Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett, Sia, Madonna, Pharrell, Usher, Miranda Lambert, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande and Eric Church, among others.

This Is More Like 50 Shades Of Gray (Hair) To Us

There's so much hype surrounding the film adaptation of E.L. James' erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey." But every single time someone name-drops that title, we can't help but picture silver-haired stars.

While pop culture is gradually embracing gray hair -- younger celebrities are going gung-ho with dyes and designers are tapping mature women to front their ad campaigns -- there are still those who aren't ready to journey down that road.

Whether you've just spotted your first gray hairs or have a full head of silver locks, we hope these 50 famous faces inspire you to fully accept the change.

How To Clean A Copper Pan In Under A Minute

$

Cleaning tarnished copper pans can be quite the hassle and make you want to just give it all up a buy some new ones. Sometimes ketchup, lemons and traditional copper cleaners will do the trick, but other times we need to use tons of good ole' fashioned elbow grease to get the job done.

The easiest way we've ever seen someone clean copper -- in less than minute, even -- is YouTube lifehacker Dave Hax. Hax recommends using white wine vinegar, table salt and a Scotch-Brite sponge. The salt and vinegar combine to dissolve the rust-like film on your pans (also called copper oxide), but we like it because it's a great homemade alternative to all other copper cleaners out there.

Here's how to clean your pan from Hax himself:

1. Place the pan in the sink and coat it in salt.

2. Pour white wine vinegar over the salt, then add more salt on top.

3. Leave for 15 seconds and watch it start working!

4. Take your sponge and pour vinegar on it, proceed to scrub.

5. Add salt to the sides, scrub with sponge.

6. Rinse off with water and voilà, you're done!

To keep your copper from tarnishing further, some sources recommend adding a clear lacquer or coating to your copper, but only if you're using them for "art" purposes in your kitchen. Simply spray the coating of your choice (the Copper Development Association recommends silicone and epoxy coatings, among others) and let it dry for around two hours. That way, you won't need to do nearly as much maintenance or upkeep on your copper pots.

Diane Von Furstenberg Urges Designers To Promote Health And Diversity At New York Fashion Week

$

New York Fashion Week is days away and if it's up to Diane von Furstenberg, we'll be seeing a lot more diversity when it comes to the models who will be hitting the runway.

The legendary fashion designer and president of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) posted a letter on Tuesday, composed by herself and the organization's CEO, Steven Kolb, urging designers and industry insiders to keep both health and diversity in mind leading up to the Fall 2015 show presentations.

The letter begins by stating:
As we approach New York Fashion Week, let’s remember that beauty is health and health is beauty. It is also important to remember that beauty is diversity and as an industry, we stand by these two principles. It is essential to remind ourselves of this as we spread the message to the world.

The industry has a history of whitewashed runways with little to no models of color and featuring models that appear way too thin. This letter is an important reminder to keep those issues in check. Furthermore, the letter goes on to say: "We strongly believe that models under the age of 16 do not belong on the runway and we ask everyone to follow this belief. Remember, we must consider the emotional and physical well-being of these young women."

When it comes to diversity, the CFDA continues to work closely with prominent fashion activist and leader of the Diversity Coalition, Bethann Hardison. The former model has lead quite an impressive campaign against racism within the industry over the past several years. Hardison's mission has been so effective that last year von Furstenberg and Kolb adopted an official set of Diversity Guidelines for the CFDA. Those best practices were also included in the letter on Tuesday.

We're curious to see if the industry will take heed. Fingers crossed.

You can read the full letter at CFDA.com.

5 Grooming Techniques to Refresh Your Face

$
0

If you are like most men, then your bathroom routine likely hasn't evolved beyond shaving your face and washing it with soap. If this is still your routine then it may be time to change it up and start using some grooming techniques to refresh your face.

Proper grooming doesn't require you to stock up on countless beauty products so there is no need to worry. With just a few products and an extra couple minutes in front of the mirror, you can reduce zits, limit wrinkles, improve damaged skin, eliminate razor burn, and keep your face feeling refreshed throughout the day.

Here are 5 grooming techniques that are guaranteed to refresh your face:

Find an Acne Wash You Like - Fighting off zits is a natural part of life but there are preventative steps you can do to reduce them from popping up. The most important step is making a commitment to applying an acne wash each night and wiping it off. This daily routine will clear up your skin and will help prevent future breakouts.

Buy ChapStick or Lip Balm - Keeping your lips smooth, protected and hydrated is important throughout the year. Wearing ChapStick during the winter months is especially important. Do yourself a favor and invest in a ChapStick or lip balm that hydrates your lips and prevents cracking.

Fight Off Tired Eyes
- Many of us stay up late, get up early, and stare into a computer screen for hours at a time. Naturally this can lead to dark circles under our eyes - commonly referred to as raccoon eyes. There are a variety of lotions and creams that can be used throughout the week to revitalize the skin under your eyes and reduce the appearance of tired eyes. You'll be surprised by how much brighter your skin looks and how refreshed you feel after using such a product.

Don't Underestimate the use of Aftershave - A post-shave balm or aftershave can make a big difference in the quality of your skin. Shaving naturally irritates the skin and causes razor bumps, but the right aftershave can help soothe irritated skin and reduce razor bumps. Using an aftershave is one of the easier ways to replenish moisture and refresh your face.

Trim Excess Hairs - Whether you are dealing with nose hairs, eyebrows or a beard, keeping unruly hairs trimmed and neat is crucial to your overall look. You want to feel clean and you want others to think you look refreshed. Buying a hair trimmer will be one of the best purchases you make for grooming your face.

Now that you know what to do to brighten your face and clean up your look, you're out of excuses. Start making these changes today. The next time you think about changing up your look or doing a few things to revitalize your skin, hopefully you keep these 5 grooming techniques to refresh your face in mind because they truly can make a big difference in your appearance.

Capturing Energy And The Figurative Cosmos According To Dustin Yellin

Countless elements pulling together into one form, directed by will, energy.

Science tells us that we are matter; theologians say that we are spirit. Today, we accept that humans are energy too. Some innate ordered intelligence allows this energy to direct the laws of attraction/repulsion, commanding quarks and gluons to pull with and against; adding, arranging, discarding elements to the mass of distinct particles that comprise us.

At any moment the inventory of our composition is not what it was yesterday, particular from what it will be tomorrow, always in motion, within it a record of our history. Energy is what dancers summon by their will -- then command, allow, direct, capture, release -- their collections of atoms electric, a magnetic pulling and propelling together as one, as many, with nuance.

Here in February these forms and their energy are frozen in layers of glass, arranged on enormous slides, their components visible without microscope. Dustin Yellin neatly spaces the stacked slices of stilled movement across the cosmos of this great minimalist hall at Lincoln Center and hits them with focused beams of light.

And what do they reveal? A myriad of found objects, clippings, images, textures, mirrors, gestures, memories, emotions. The forms and their components blast apart and swirl and swarm and realign. All are in motion, and all are stilled, better seen when you exert your command of motion, your willful direction of energy.

Depending how deep you are into your "Friends" binge on Netflix, you may recall that in the season eight finale Rachel gives birth to a baby girl.

Baby Emma Geller-Green was played by twins Noelle and Cali Sheldon, and a Redditor named billnyeisjustok, was recently inspired to share a photo of them, you know, so we could see what the girls look like today:

Since appearing on the final season of "Friends," the Sheldon sisters, now 13, have continued acting professionally. Noelle appeared in a 2013 short film, "Maxwell," while both twins appeared in the 2012 short film, "Agorable."

And if you're wondering what the kid who played Ross' son, Ben, in the last seasons of the show looks like today, at the age of 22, Cole Sprouse is definitely all grown up:

We've seen some adorable pictures of North West before, but this one might just take the cake.

Proud mama Kim Kardashian took to her Instagram account on Wednesday to share a photo of her daughter in a ballerina outfit, complete with a black leotard, chic black tutu and baby ballet flats. Oh, and the teddy bear little Nori is clutching in her hands is straight up cuteness overload:

Katy Perry Dubs Taylor Swift The 'Sweetheart' In The Soap Opera World Of Hollywood

If the world's pop stars were cast in a soap opera, Taylor Swift would be the "sweetheart," according to Katy Perry.

The songstress made the theoretical casting while discussing how celebrities embody certain characters and how the press portrays those characters while speaking with Elle for the magazine's March 2015 issue.

"You've got to name someone the villain, someone the princess, someone the mom-, the dad-type—you know there always have to be characters," Perry told Elle for its Fashion Issue. "As pop figures, we're all characters. And the media uses that. Who is the sweetheart, who is the villain? You know. Taylor's the sweetheart. Kanye's the villain. That's the narrative."

Perry's reference to Swift did not go unnoticed, considering the two made headlines throughout 2014 over an apparent feud after it was alleged Swift's song "Bad Blood" is about Perry.

Becoming tabloid fodder is probably not something the 30-year-old "Roar" singer had hoped for when she was just a little girl.

"It is a hundred times harder a dream than the dream that I dreamt when I was nine," she said. "You think you signed up for one thing, but you automatically sign up for a hundred others. And that is why you see people shaving their fucking heads."

For more from Perry's interview, head over to Elle.

Taco Bell's New Quesalupa Is Being Tested In Toledo, Ohio

Is your stomach rumbling? That's probably because it's hungry for a new Taco Bell Quesalupa.

As if giving away free Doritos Locos Tacos for a month wasn't enough, Taco Bell decided to feed our insatiable drunk food hunger by coming up with a quesadilla/chalupa lovechild.

The Quesalupa is a delicious fried chalupa shell stuffed with a mix of melted pepper jack and cheddar cheese, crammed with beef, lettuce, sour cream and the regular mixings of tomatoes.

The downside? It's only offered in Toledo, Ohio for now.

That's right -- OHIO basically decides the Quesalupa's fate. According to the Toledo Blade, 36 stores in the area will have the opportunity to try the $2.99 cheesy crossbreed for the next four weeks. If they don't like it, America doesn't get it.

To drum up support, Taco Bell is asking people to tweet #Quesalupa to "let Toledo know America is counting on them."

Check out Daym Drop's video to get an up close and personal look at the Quesalupa and scroll through the photos below to figure out if you want to eat this baby or not:

Step Inside Fashion Designer Charlotte Ronson's Chic NYC Pad

2015-02-03-3_BLOG_HA_CharlotteRonson_092.jpg

We're die-hard fans of Charlotte Ronson's fashion line, with its graceful cuts, splattered flowers, and well-balanced edge. And she's one of those unofficial arbiters of downtown cool: someone who follows her own unique eye, all while pulling off tousled beach hair with aplomb. So we were thrilled to pay a visit to her New York City duplex in NoHo and get the scoop on how she's pulled off a look that's straight-up cool, classically pretty, and inviting all at once.

2015-02-03-7_BLOG_HA_CharlotteRonson0337a.jpg
A denim chaise and a couple faded British flags ground Ronson's living room in blues and reds.

How did you find such balance between feminine and comfortable?
"Before moving here, I'd lived in the West Village and decorated in a very feminine, Parisian way. When I got here, I wanted to edit down all the girliness and make it more basic. So I brought in some beat-up vintage pieces, like the deep leather armchair, and added neutrals, like the couch. To me, it feels clean and really livable."

2015-02-03-8_BLOG_HA_CharlotteRonson0354.jpg
To ensure she's bringing only what she truly loves into her home, Ronson eschews impulse buys. After careful consideration, this Moroccan table made the cut.

How do you get such an airy feeling in downtown New York?
"The light is one reason I fell in love with this apartment. There are windows in the front and the back, which is rare. I kept the walls white, and I open the huge windows as much as possible."

2015-02-03-9_BLOG_HA_CharlotteRonson0357.jpg
Ronson fills inspiration books with things she loves and stores them here.

Did you work with any interior designers?
"I chatted with a few friends who are in the industry, but at the end of the day, I put the apartment together myself. It's been a slow process, because I made sure that I loved every piece."

2015-02-03-15_BLOG_HA_CharlotteRonson_118.jpg
On this bookshelf in Ronson's living room, an evil-twin doll from her twin sister shares shelf space with the big-eyed Blythe doll she designed herself.

Where do you look for home inspiration?
"I love Pinterest, but I also like the old-school way of buying a bunch of magazines and ripping pages out. It's nice to have the image in hand."

2015-02-03-4_BLOG_CR_6.14_082.jpg
Since space is at a premium in NYC apartments, Ronson hoisted up her pots with a rack to free up precious cabinet space.

What do you like to pick up when traveling?
"When I was in Turkey recently, I got a beautiful rug. And back when I had a shop, a friend and I would rent a big van and drive up to the Hudson Valley to find antiques. But a lot of times, I like to travel light and not leave with too much--maybe some knickknacks and a few pieces of clothing."

2015-02-03-2_BLOG_HA_CharlotteRonson_044.jpg
Ronson atop her dining table, wearing a dress of her own design and Tabitha Simmons shoes.

What's the story behind the mirror in your dining room?
"Lorraine Kirke, who's a friend of mine, is an interior designer with amazing taste. She has a little shop in the West Village, Geminola. When she was moving out of her townhouse, she wanted to start fresh, so I came in to give this mirror a look-over. Originally I thought I'd paint in the brown part to clean it up, but I ended up loving every single bit of it."

What about the chairs? They're the perfect blue.
"I found them at John Derian. In my old place, they were around a white mini kitchen table; it was all kind of miniature. I love their old, vintage, chipped, mismatched look. They add a pop of color."

2015-02-03-12_BLOG_Charlotte__247.jpg
Ronson's set of Wedgwood cups and saucers, a gift from her mom, holds a special place in her heart.

There are so many flowers around the apartment. What are your favorites?
"Deep blood-red peonies. They never last long enough, but I love them."

2015-02-03-1_BLOG_CR_614_0501_final.jpg
Ronson gives her main man, the adorable 12-year-old Oliver, a squeeze.

When you're designing your line, do you ever fall in love with a fabric and want to use it at home?
"I actually keep the two spheres separate. Within the collection, you have a certain amount of prints for the season. It's one thing to wear them--they can go in and out of your closet--but in the home, you can tire of things."

2015-02-03-13_BLOG_CR_6.14_003.jpg
On the wall of one style icon, another style icon: the incomparable Brigitte Bardot.

Which artists are you drawn to these days?
"I'm so into Harry Benson photographs, and I've bought them myself, though my mother gave me the Mia Farrow and Jackie Onassis pieces for different occasions. Aurel Schmidt does these amazing hand-drawings that are insane and so detailed. They're dark subjects, lots of cigarettes and trash and voodoo, but all in soft pastels. And I'm so into Kim McCarty's watercolors."

2015-02-03-10_BLOG_HA_CharlotteRonson0381.jpg
Oliver relaxes beneath a Kim McCarty watercolor. The art is leaned casually, leaving the rest of the wall clean and white.

Do you escape the city much in the summer?
"I don't really drive, and traffic to Long Island can be such a nightmare. But I find it's great to stay in the city. It's quieter, and I actually love to stay at home. It's where I get a lot of my inspiration and sourcing done. And now I'm revving up for Fashion Week in September."

What Your Valentine's Day Flowers Really Mean

$
0

Valentine's Day. It's a day of love, chocolates, cupids and roses. Sometimes, it's picture-perfect knight-in-shining-armor stuff and then sometimes, it doesn't go so well. As founder of a site dedicated to breakups and moving on, Never Liked It Anyway, I hear all sorts of stories about romantic gestures gone wrong. This week, I sat down with Bess Wyrick of Celadon & Celery, a floral designer extraordinaire, to get her take on the hidden messages that particular bouquets really send.

1. Anenomes - "When Will I See You Again?"
These very simple flowers have a black center and vibrant petals. The black is a little edgy and serious, but the splash of colors add personality and show that you're unique, interesting, have style and are a cut above the rest. It's the perfect way to show you're interested and enjoying the flirt fun stage... and ready for that next date!

2015-02-04-anenonems.png

2. Peonies - "I Just Cant Get Enough"
These little guys come in tight little balls and over time expand into big beautiful layers of color and complexity. Peonies are a way of showing your layers -- and a way to say that you're really ready to learn more about your partner. "This is a way of saying you're in it for the long haul," Bess says. "Give these to someone you care about."

2015-02-04-peonies.png

3. Rannauculus - "Be My Number 2"
Fondly dubbed "Redunculous," these flirty blooms may be short in stature, but they know how to pack a punch. The colors are bright, the petals are stacked and they look like a big bunch of fun. These flowers often get sent to mistresses or the lady on the side. It's really the perfect booty call flower. So, if these get sent your way this V-Day, you know where you stand.

2015-02-04-ranunc.png

4. Amaryllis - "Don't You Want Me?"
You know things aren't going so well when you get a bunch of Amaryllis. These are borderline funeral flowers. Your soon-to-be ex has already mourned relationship and has only found the flowers, not the words, to let you know about it. This really is the "game over" of the flower world.

The force is strong with these two.

At their September 2014 wedding, Los Angeles couple Jennifer and Joshua found a way to make a "Star Wars"-themed fête elegant, tasteful and loads of fun. They said their "I dos" at loftSEVEN Penthouse in Downtown L.A. and incorporated plenty of geek-chic touches that would make George Lucas proud.

The bride was the one gunning for the "Star Wars" theme -- not the groom, as one might assume. Jennifer told The Huffington Post that her obsession "runs deep". She even makes YouTube videos about all things "Star Wars" and has cosplayed as Miss Death Star.

"My husband and I decided that if we kept the 'Star Wars' details more subtle, it'd be a fun and whimsical way to show my love for that galaxy far, far, away," Jennifer told HuffPost Weddings. "Although when it came to the reception, we decided to let loose and have lightsabers for all and an appearance from the Darth Father of the Bride!"

The Precious Bond Between 2-Year-Old Libby And Her Pet Pig Named Pearl

Two-year-old Libby and her 3-month-old pet pig Pearl have an undeniable bond, her mom Lindsey Bonnice told The Huffington Post. "Libby hangs out by her pen when she's not out and talks to her, and when she is out she always has to know where she is by calling 'Pearl Pearl where are you?' It's pretty much the cutest thing ever!"

The Pennsylvania mom and photographer documents her daughter's fun times with Pearl on Instagram, effectively creating one of the most adorable, pastel pink-filled accounts on the social media platform. From tea parties to pajama time, it really doesn't get much cuter than Libby and Pearl.

Living in the same rural area where she grew up, Libby's mom Lindsey has always been "a huge animal lover" -- she nurtured baby lamb in high school and currently takes care of two rescued Babydoll sheep. When Lindsey and her husband Phil looked into adding another animal to their house, it wasn't hard to choose which kind they wanted to adopt.

"Libby has been obsessed with pigs for about six months now, always wanting to see pictures of them and watch videos on our phones," the mom said, adding, "So, after lots of research and hearing wonderful things about these sweet guys we decided that adding a pig to our family would be great."

While pigs have a pretty messy reputation, Lindsey says caring for Pearl is no more difficult than raising a puppy.

For Lindsey, family is everything. After giving birth to a son named Noah in 2008, the mom decided she wanted to adopt her next child. In 2013, Lindsey, Phil, and Noah flew down to Florida to welcome baby Libby into the world and bring her home with them. "Adoption is tough, and very emotional, but also one of the most amazing things we've ever done!" the mom said.

Lindsey and Phil hope to adopt again someday and are in the process of starting a non-profit to raise awareness and funds for others looking to adopt. Through her Live Sweet photography and kids product business, the mom also donates a portion of profits to families who are adopting.

And when it comes to her Instagram, "I hope that Libby and Pearl will bring a smile or a chuckle and maybe lift someone's spirits! They both bring me so much joy and I'd like to share that with others!"

Meet The Bloggers Influencing African Fashion

This post was previously published on the Chayet Chiénin's blog, Nothing but the wax.

Bloggers can seriously influence the way industries think -- in fashion and beyond. It's not for nothing that famous brands, big and small, enlist the services of these bloggers like crazy. These trendspotters, on top of the latest innovations, can ramp up sales of some brands and make others better-known.

In the universe of African fashion, this phenomenon is equally well-known -- but it goes beyond direct influence on transactions and sales. We must be equally aware of the influence that is not as palpable and material: bloggers are able to make their interests the flavor of the day, resulting in a globalization and democratization of African fashion (via the trend of wax print fabric).

Globalization comes about when prominent bloggers have an influence that goes beyond the framework of their country of residence. Their blogs and social networks are followed internationally by people like you and me, but also by industry professionals such as fashion journalists, stylists and some even by professional buyers.

There's democratization because the bloggers' takes on fashion impact very large audiences, who do not necessarily know African fashion.

It's undeniable that African fashion, boosted by the trendiness of wax print, has had a more than positive turn in recent years. Lately, it's been featured in top venues and even in the mainstream press. But if a craving for African prints is on the rise among celebrities and stars, don't forget the important contribution that bloggers have made and continue to make in this evolution and the industry in general. Here is a small, non-exhaustive selection of bloggers, located all around the world who, in my opinion, are contributing to boosting this fashion.

PS: I chose bloggers who don't specialize in wax or African fashion, but I won't forget about all my colleagues, like Kukua from the blog African Print in Fashion or Mary from Pagnifik.

In France, Fatou N'Diaye from the blog Blackbeautybag hardly needs an introduction. Between multiple collaborations with leading brands such as L'Oreal and Kookai, Fatou also the time to ask for smaller brands such as By Natacha Baco or sophisticated, urban African online shops like Moonlook and Inyu.

Another French blogger is the beautiful and sparkling Gaëlle-Vanessa Prudencio of the blog The curvy and curly closet. In July 2014, Gaëlle-Vanessa partnered with the Senegalese brand Belya to launch a capsule collection dedicated to large sizes, all made of wax print and woven cloth.

Folake Kuye Huntoon is a famous fashion blogger who runs the site Style Pantry. Her refined look, feminine and full of finesse, made her famous internationally. She's spotted several times with pretty outfits in wax print, including clothing from the brand Demestiks New York.

Folasade Adeoso is one of the queens of the head wrap. Her site Art by Fola invites you along on a floral, artistic and colorful journey. In October 2014, she opened her first pop up-store in New York to promote the launch of a brand of accessories and wax print jewelry called 1953.

Finally, bloggers Vanessa and Luna of Project Tribe adorn their Instagram account: colorful looks, rich in wax and Aztec prints. This summer, we saw them wear beautiful outfits from the brand Chichia London.

Kim Kardashian Is Nude And Oiled-Up In Love Magazine

Just a few months after her naked Paper magazine spread broke the Internet, Kim Kardashian is baring it all again for Love magazine.

A new leaked photo from the upcoming issue of the magazine Kardashian nude and oiled-up wearing an open Prada coat and a pair of retro glasses. One of a handful that have leaked from the upcoming Spring/Summer 2015 editorial, the image, as well as a photo of a defrocked Kardashian baring her derriere, circulated on Twitter:

The photos are part of a spread for the Love 13 issue, shot by photographer Steven Klein and due on newsstands Feb. 9. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also worked closely with Love's editor-in-chief, Katie Grand. Grand chose to dress Kardashian in clothes from Prada's spring/summer collection, creating a wardrobe that was "eclectic and suited to different characters."

"I was very nervous but Kim gave herself over to us," she told Grazia magazine. "I’d met Kanye before but never worked with him and I know how he is about clothes. He kept saying he couldn’t believe Prada had done this for Kim."

Kardashian is not the only KUWTK star to appear in the issue. Her younger sisters also got in on the action. Kylie Jenner posed in a blond wig (looking unrecognizable), while Kendall Jenner posed for a series of topless photos (some of which were digitally enhanced).

You Want to Have an Affair ...

You want to have an affair. You haven't even been married long. Wait a sec, are you married or just roommates? You check and yep, your marriage license is in your nightstand drawer. The wedding video that cost $800 is covered with dust. No question -- you've made a lifelong commitment.

But your current nights certainly give a good impression of being roomies. There's even a posted schedule of whose turn it is to take out garbage and shop for groceries. Truth be told, you've been contemplating the idea of an affair for a long time and not because you're having a mid-life crisis, envisioning a red sports car in your future.

No, this isn't about low self-esteem. Quite the opposite. You deserve more. You deserve someone who understands, connects, responds -- and "gets" you on a deep level.

You've been testing the waters lately, making more intense eye contact with attractive strangers. When they hold your gaze, you've felt that elusive thrill from your past. But your thoughts never go beyond this. Until today.

Today a pop-up window appeared for Ashley Madison. Their slogan -- "Monogamy is monotony!" Clever. Maybe that's a sign? Visions of hang-up phone calls, excuses to get milk (when it's not even your turn!) and seedy motel rooms run through your head. You visit the website and there are many photographs. These people do not look underhanded, sleazy or desperate. They look like...you.

They talk of voids. "Mistakes, regrets and soul-searching" are other buzzwords. Everyone's profile states they don't want to change their current marital situation. They don't want to hurt their lifelong partner or upset the family's applecart. They just want to supplement their life. And above all, they want discretion.

You are attracted to several of the profiles, but there's no way to contact them (even to innocently chat) without making a profile of your own. You could easily do this. You have that private email account. And amazingly enough, you have a nice photograph of just you. You wouldn't even have to crop out someone else's arm around you. You decide to do it. It's just a couple hundred words describing your likes and dislikes, no big deal.

You're careful to phrase things so people understand you haven't done this before. You're not a player. You're just curious about what's "out there." When you're done, you preview it and feel confident you'll get lots of views and responses. You hesitate just for a moment before you click "Publish" but then do it very matter-of-factly. After all, you want to have an affair. Don't you?

Later, your spouse is particularly upsetting which justifies your actions. Not listening to anything you say, but instead thinking up the next clever remark to interject while you're still speaking. You're tired of being talked over and around, so when you finally go to bed, you're grateful there's no talking at all. Carefully staying on your side of the bed, you don't brush skin. Even accidental cuddling would elicit guilt.

You can't sleep. Your new online mailbox is all you think about. In the den, the monitor glows eerily and after remembering your password, you're rewarded (and flattered!) to find 6 new emails. Several of them try to be funny. They try too hard. One goes on and on, obviously totally self-absorbed. Who does that remind you of? One talks about extreme guilt, which you don't want to be reminded of. Two of them gush over your photo and tell you they'd sleep with you tomorrow.

But really if this was just about sex, you could find that anywhere. After all, you're attractive. Hell, there'd be zero risk of getting caught if it was just the physical release you were after. You can do that for yourself. And God knows, lately you have. A lot.

No, you're trying to find that missing connection. You hate the term 'soulmate' but admit it fits here. The chemistry must be there, yes, but you're seeking more. You write back to all six individuals. You ask questions. What brought them here? What are they looking for? What's wrong with their marriages? You don't ask anything you wouldn't answer yourself.

You tell everyone to write back and confess something surprising, even shocking. You spend the next twenty minutes deleting emails, emptying recycle bins, erasing history as your other half sleeps in the next room. This is kind of daring, kind of thrilling and definitely an adventure into the unknown.

The next morning you can't look your spouse in the eye, but interestingly, there's no notice taken of that. Everything proceeds as usual and you're off to work. In your office lobby, you look around and wonder how many people are having secret affairs? From the number of hits on that website, you'd venture 1 in 3 people do this.

Could it be her? Maybe him? Oh! You bet it's those two over by the ATM machine. Maybe that one is even one of your actual responders... after all, the photo was faraway and blurry. You feel giddy. Your day flies by. You don't dare check email from work because you've heard employers have ways of tracking these things. So you race home to log on and... Jackpot!

Nine new responses and four from the first batch have already written back. As per your request for surprising tidbits, there are some real shockers revealed. Someone is a physician who regularly sleeps with patients. Someone else is happily married and just looking to add a threesome to their routine and someone else has a gambling problem and just lost the house. Interesting how that one original respondent who was so cocky and self-assured hasn't sent a photograph or admitted anything astonishing. All the rest are okay, but it's those voids in that particular email that's most intriguing. You ignore the others and pursue the individual who represents a challenge.

Two weeks pass and you're wild with desire by the mystery profile. The witty flirtations have been like nothing you've experienced, well at least not since you first got married. This person truly "gets" you, which blows your mind because you're so complicated. Sometimes you don't even "get" yourself! And after all this time, you haven't even seen a photograph, but this doesn't matter because you're officially obsessed. You can't believe your spouse hasn't noticed changes.

Computer time increases three-fold. You're simultaneously jumpy, edgy, and euphoric. You've shopped for the perfect meeting outfit. There's talk of an out-of-the-way place for cocktails but both people know that's just a formality. Until you seduce one another physically, mirroring what's already occurred emotionally online.

Today's email is especially adorable and funny. An agreement has been made that when you meet, the long awaited photograph will finally be placed in your hand! Kinda ironic because when that happens, you won't need a photograph. The email also promises you'll be told what quality about you was initially the most attractive. How fun!

You write back that you can't wait for this to happen. You delete that because it makes you sound needy. Instead you casually write back "perhaps our paths will cross one day, when we're least expecting it." You add that you'll anticipate a photograph and the compliment when that time comes.

You log off the computer with a yearning sigh. You walk from the den into the next room where you literally bump into your spouse. As you look up into wistful eyes, a photograph is gently slipped into your hand. Your spouse softly whispers, "It was your honesty that originally attracted me the most."
